Cultivating The Self — An Introduction

There’s a moment when you realize the map you were handed was never drawn for you — if you noticed a map at all.

I’ve lived many lives in this one. Father. Eldest brother. Personal trainer for 22 years. Private Pilot. Business manager. Teacher. ADHD tutor and coach. And now becoming a sailor of the high seas on a sailboat with my partner. In every one of those lives, the thread has mostly been the same.

I can only be me — someone who has lived enough, lost enough, and learned enough to know that most of us are navigating by instruments never calibrated for who we actually are.

SorceCoach exists for those who feel the gap between who they are and how the world has asked them to show up. For men to connect with a deeper part of themselves — their feelings, their fire, their capacity to move through the storms. For the neurospicy seekers who know something is stirring but haven’t found the language for it yet.

I’m not a therapist. I’m someone who will bring everything — every season, every unlikely inspiration, every moment of grace and collision — into this work with you. I believe nothing happens by “accident”, and that’s why you’re here.

Nothing here is final. Just as life isn’t. We grow. We learn. We cultivate what matters and release what no longer serves.

This is that journey. And so it begins — the soil is the soul.

The Farming of The Self

I spent years operating under the false premise that a precise heading could compensate for a soul left untilled, unfarmed, abused and neglected. Within this framing, I believed that mental discipline alone could help bridge the gap between who I was and the truth I felt flickering inside me. But life is a structure that can be built in so many myriad of ways, and, at any point the foundation must be deliberately prepared. You cannot erect a lasting monument on something you refuse to cultivate.

I am certain many of you reading this right now can relate to that heavy, quiet friction. You know what it feels like to build a life that looks impressive from the outside, while knowing the soil needs more nourishment to begin with.

The Source—the universe, God, Divine Spark, whatever you want to call it—is not a force you outrun; it is the partner you must learn to negotiate with. Life is what you can negotiate. It is an active, high-stakes dialogue that requires the passive surrender of the ego so that the true architecture of your existence can finally emerge from the soil.

Find Purpose. Find Relief

Having lived this life for nearly half a century of earth years, has prepared me well for the now and the beyond. Spiritual years and beyond are immeasurable. Still a work in progress, I can say as I continue to do the work on self, I am also doing the work for others in complimentary ways often unseen.
