Reschedule and Cancellation Disclaimer

Please be advised that cancellations or rescheduling made up to 48 hours before a scheduled appointment via our online booking portal will be processed without a penalty.

Cancellations or reschedules made 48 hours or less before an appointment will be subject to a charge of half of the service rate. This includes not showing up for your appointment without giving notice within the 48 hour period. Last minute cancellations, no shows shall be considered as consumed service, unless as otherwise stated and agreed upon.
If Alex Khan ADHD & Neurodiverse Coaching cancels an appointment with less than 48 hours notice, a new appointment will be scheduled without penalty to the client, subject to availability.
